GCH Test & Computer Services Ltd provide specialist third party maintenance services for a wide range of products and technologies to a wide range of customers, from large multi-nationals to small independant companies.
Being customer centric, our mission is to provide our customers with the highest level of support. All products and solutions provided by GCH include telephone and email application support. It is the aim of GCH to remove maintenance and calibration issues that challenge your business.
Repairs
GCH offer on-site or back to base one off repairs on a time and material basis.
Maintenance
GCH offer a range of on-site and return to base maintenance contracts with varying response times or can provide tailor made contracts to suite individual customer requirements.
All maintenance contracts include telephone and email applications support.
All maintenance contracts are covered by a single annual payment which provides the customer with unlimited labour, parts, calibration and travelling costs.
We have four main types of contract which are outlined below
- Gold: Annual Hardware Maintenance Contract is based on a four hour response time (where geographically possible).
- Silver: Annual Hardware Maintenance Contract is based on a 8 hour response time.
- Bronze: Annual Hardware Maintenance Contract is based on a 3 day response time.
Software
Annual Software Maintenance Contract includes firmware upgrades as released by the manufacturer.
We believe that having this range of different contracts will help to cater for each individual person needs.
Custom Training
GCH provides protocol, product and custom training according to the customer needs.
Calibration
GCH provide calibration facilities for a complete range of device programmers from manufacturers such as Data I/O, Stag, Elan. BP Microsystems. Lloyds Research, GP Industrial and Micropross.
This service is available at your facility or at our Calibration facility in Slough.
Consultation
GCH Test and Computer Services Ltd, offer an independent consultancy and advisory service ensuring that the customer has the ability to troubleshoot problems from the early design phase through to the testing and commissioning stages of the product implementation.
Express Exchange Services
This service is designed to provide the customer with an Express Exchange unit either same day/next day according to the customers specific requirements.
Device Programming
GCH offers a device programming (which includes erasing and labelling as required) service for any Microcontroller, Logic or Memory Devices covering a broad range of package styles such DIL, PLCC, TSOP, SOIC etc.
